Chile Advances Major Mining Investment and Technical Skills Opportunities

On 26 October, Chile’s mining ministry highlighted Capstone Copper’s plan to invest more than US$3 billion in the Atacama region over the coming years. The plan includes US$2.3 billion for the Santo Domingo project and US$220 million for two shorter-term projects at Mantoverde; the announced investment is a multi-year plan, not a single education contract.
